Digistudio 360 promises no omissions, inaccuracies, and errors will be present in all the information you find on our website. We also cannot guarantee that you won’t get viruses while browsing through it either.

Minimum Age Criteria

As a visitor, you should be at least 18 years old, to place an order, access, or make use of ‘Digistudio 360’ website, its products, or services.

Changes and Amendment

All the terms related to ‘Digistudio 360’ are changed from time to time. At times, ‘Digistudio 360’ may update or delete any data it deems necessary. Whenever there are changes made to their policies, we will post them for all visitors on our website. As long as it is possible for ‘Digistudio 360’ to make modifications at anytime they want – there are no consequences for us doing so. 3. Termination and Cancellation

You acknowledge and agree that Digistudio 360 reserves the right to terminate, reject, or cancel your order for any service provided by us, without prior notice. You also agree to hold Digistudio 360 harmless from any liability when it terminates, rejects, or cancels an order before it can be fulfilled except in cases where performance has been delayed or breached under contract.

4. Refund Policy

When you buy Design Services from Digistudio 360, we guarantee your satisfaction with our Infinite Revisions Policy (FREE). Our Account Manager will work with you to perfect your design project without charge. Once you’re satisfied with the product, we’ll then keep working with you until all necessary revisions are complete. At any time during this process, if you’re unhappy and decide that you no longer want our services, just let us know within 5 days of receiving the final product – whether it be an email, graphics, or website templates – and we’ll happily refund 100% of what was paid for said service!

However, please note that if this process spans over 5 days from when we deliver the final project to you; Digistudio 360 reserves the right to assume that your feedback is positive because we have not received a request for a refund yet.

In case you have purchased our Combo package or Special package, there will be a similar refund as for individual packages. You need to provide us with proof of purchase to complete the process of return.

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

  1. You will be eligible for a total refund in case your refund request is made before the delivery of an order (less 10% processing and service fee).
  2. You will be eligible for a 66% refund in case your refund request is made within 48 hours of initial delivery (less 10% processing and service fee).
  3. You will be eligible for a 33% refund in case your refund request is made between 48-120 hours of initial delivery (less 10% processing and service fee).
  4. You will not be eligible for any refund whatsoever if your refund request is made after 120 hours of initial delivery (less 10% processing and service fee). But since customer satisfaction is our number one priority, feel free to contact us, if you are facing any issues.
  5. You can communicate with our support staff to claim the refund requests.

Digistudio 360 reserves the right to approve or disapprove any individual requests for a refund upon the user agreement violation.

Rejection to Refund Policy

The client will not be entitled to a refund under the following conditions:

  • Selecting a Combo package
  • Irrelevant reasons for cancelations
  • Not contacting the company for more than 2 weeks
  • Approval of primary design
  • Violation of company’s policies (any one or more)
  • Approaching other designers or companies for the same project
  • Missing information in the creative brief
  • Demand to change the overall design
  • Expiration of ‘refund request’ timespan
  • ‘Disagreement with partner’ or ‘change of mind’ or anything not related to the services provided by Digistudio 360.
  • In case of subscription of a service bundle, if a customer is dissatisfied with one service within the bundle, the refund will not be provided for the entire bundle but only that service within
  • Once the final files are delivered, the customer will not be liable for the refund
  • Revision and refund, will not be applicable on free items
  • No refund will be processed to the customer after 90 days for the website and after 30 days, from the date of purchase.
  • After the approval, no refunds will not be entertained once the process starts.
  • No refunds will be entertained to the customers who are inactive for 45 days. However, in case of a personal issue, the customer can inform us via email and tell us to hold the project. In case a customer remains inactive for more than 60 days, then an extra caution fee of $150 will be paid by the customer for the project to restart.

Refund Policy Related to Film / Video Production

  • Client won’t be eligible for a refund after the theme is approved.
  • Client won’t be eligible for a refund if the client expresses dissatisfaction over the style after the theme has been approved.
  • Client won’t be eligible for a refund after the storyboard has been approved by him/her.
  • Client won’t be eligible for a refund if the client has asked for extensive revisions in any phase of the project.
  • Client won’t be eligible for a full refund, if after expressing satisfaction in a given phase or during a phase. The client may or may not, however, be eligible for a partial refund based on the number of hours worked during that phase.
  • In the case of a project with a drop deadline, the client won’t be eligible for a refund if he/she fails to respond within the period or is slow with the feedback due to which the deadline is missed.
  • Client won’t be eligible for a refund if he/she has been provided with the final video WITHOUT a watermark.
  • It should be noted by the client that if he/she has requested two versions of the storyboard for one project, then that more or less covers the full cost of the project.

Refund for Arts:

  • Digistudio 360 will determine the process of refund.
  • The internal team of Digistudio 360 will carry out an analysis of the client who has requested a refund.
  • The client will only be eligible for a refund in case of violation of terms by Digistudio 360.
  • If Digistudio 360 has not violated terms, the client will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No refund will be applicable if the artwork was made with complete specifications and sent on time.
  • No refund will be applicable if the client provides revisions, despite the artwork quality is up to the mark.
  • No refunds will be applicable if artworks have to be sent urgently, but the specifications provided are incomplete.
  • No refund will be applicable if the client does not have a good reason for the refund and he/she has already taken too many revisions.
  • No refund will be applicable if the client changes their mind after the work is done.
  • No refund will be applicable if the client asks for a new sample, while the revision is being done.
  • No refund will be applicable if the final files were already sent to the client.
  • If the client has provided incomplete specifications, he should not ask for a refund, but provide more details related to the project.
  • The client will not be eligible for a full refund, after 15 days of placing the order.

Refund for Graphic Designing:

  • The request for a refund must be made before the delivery of the project.
  • Digistudio 360 reserves the right to approve or decline the request for a refund.
  • If Digistudio 360 has delivered a project with a watermark, the request for a deadline becomes null and void.

Refund for Commercial Photography:

  • If the client is eligible for a refund, they should contact Digistudio 360.
  • The request for a refund should be made before the start of work. We have to undergo investment of resources and time and thus, it is important that if a client wants to get a refund, it should be before the process starts.
  • The final decision for the refund of the project lies with the internal management of Digistudio 360.

Refund for Silk Screening:

  • The client will not be eligible for a refund if he/she changes his mind while the project is at any stage of progress.

6. Revision Cycles:

Revision cycles generally consist of unlimited additional compositions that incorporate changes you request in a Revision Brief. The purpose of the revision process is to create Responses that move your project forward in the specific direction you have determined. You may request significant changes in the first and second cycles, and the Responses generated might be quite different from the original composition you selected. By the third revision request, your requests shall be modifications of the current composition only. Revision requests that depart from the then-current composition will be honored and completed on time, however; Digistudio 360 reserves the right to charge $50 for each such Revision. No revision work, which requires payment, will be started without your authorization.

7. Delivery Policy

All design order files are delivered to My Account as per the date specified on the “Order Confirmation”. An e-mail is also sent to inform the client about their design order delivery made to their specific account area. All policies on revision & refund are subject to the date and time of the design order delivered to the client’s account area.     YOU agree that Digistudio 360 is not liable for any correspondence from email address (es) other than the ones followed by our own domain i.e. “..@ 360artstudio.com” or/and any toll-free number that is not mentioned on our website. Digistudio 360 should not be held responsible for any damage(s) caused by such correspondence. We only take responsibility for any communication through email address (es) under our domain name or/and via toll-free number i.e. already mentioned on Digistudio 360 Website.

    10. Zero Tolerance Spam Policy

    Digistudio 360 has a zero-tolerance policy against spamming, sending unsolicited e-mails, and bulk emailing. Things like purchased lists and “Safe lists” will be acknowledged as spam. If a user is identified for anyone of the following things mentioned above, their account will be terminated immediately and without notice (without any refund whatsoever).

    11. Illegal Material

    Illegal Material comprises copyrighted media files including music, audand io (all types), in violation of any Local, Federal, or State regulation.

    12. Spam

    As mentioned, Digistudio 360 has a zero-tolerance for UCE/UBE (unsolicited commercial email/ Unsolicited bulk email). We intend to protect our users as well as others on the Internet against the adverse effects of spam. We define UBE/UCE as unsolicited broadcast or commercial email that is sent to addresses that do not affirmatively and verifiably request such material from that specific sender. We define spam as any type of unsolicited email used for any purpose. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Making use of a non-current return email address while sending commercial solicitations.
    • Mail-bombing (sending numerous messages to the same user).
    • Subscribing someone else to a mailing list without that person’s permission.
    • Posting the same article to multiple newsgroups.
    • If a client is found in violation of the above no-spam policy, the offending account will be terminated without notice and no refund will be issued.

    13. Indemnification

    The customer should agree that he/she will hold Digistudio 360 harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, and costs. These include the reasonable fees of attorney against the employees, agents, customers, and officers of Digistudio 360 that may result from or arise as a result of any service agreed upon, provided, or an item sold by its employees, or customer, or agents. Furthermore, the customer should agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Digistudio 360 against the liabilities that occur.

    • Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Digistudio 360 server
    • Any material supplied by a customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party
    • Copyright infringement
    • Any defective products sold to customers from Digistudio 360 server.

    14. Limitation of Damages.

    IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY OR ANY THIRD PARTY BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING UNDER OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE WEB SITE, INCLUDING ANY PART THEREOF, OR THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR ANY OTHER CONSENT (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, TRADING LOSSES, AND DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM INACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION OR INCONVENIENCE, DELAY, OR LOSS OF THE USE OF THE SERVICE) EVEN IF Digistudio 360 OR ANY THIRD PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES.
